Justin Bieber Fever...?!!

For school in ASL (American Sign Language) we have to make a movie, well our group decided to do it on JB fever... I hate JB but, oh well we went with the plans anyway! But what we figured out is deaf people can't hear right? Well how are they suppose to have JBF if they can't listen to the music!? Oh well... here is a pic of what the back ground was... 

I'm SoOoOoOo glad that it is over with!! ;)

She can cook...?!

 We always tease Booka about not being able to cook. Well she took a challenge to prove us wrong! The first dish that she cooked was Manicotti. I'll have to admit is was WAY GOOD! 

The next dish that she made was Russian Chicken! It was by far one of my favorite dishes yet that she has made! It was served with rice and salad, it was so good!!

There are times in our lives where we may fall down and can't find ourselves again. We may feel lost and like we don't belong. We may give up and not get back up to try again. But with the help of family, friends and especially the Lord, we can get up. We don't have to, but it's our choice to either give up and not try again, or get up and learn something from the trial. Grandpa Holliday has had a heart attack and is now back in the hospital. He is very weak and doesn't have much strength. Tim Holliday isn't doing to good. My aunt Amy Madsen has had the cutest son ever, Trey. She had her thyroid taken out because of cancerous tumor. Brooklyn is trying to figure out whether she is going into Nursing or Aesthetics. I'm trying to decide if I am going to try out for Dance Company at MMHS (Maple Mountain High School). Life is going to give us hard times. It will tear us down and make us feel like we can't do it. But I know that with the Lord, NOTHING is impossible. It's our choice whether we sit there and give up or stand up and learn something from the trial. We can do anything if we try. Lets get up and face the trials that we may have. They may be small be we can learn and grow from them.

New Addition in the Family!!

In November of 2010 dad went on his late elk hunt. The last day of his hunt he shot this elk! We just got it back! We had to move the bear over to fit the elk over! (:

You know it's the Madsen family so something funny or crazy always happens... Moose was in the middle of the bear while we were hanging up the elk! Man, that is a crazy cat!! (:

How am I supposed to make my bed in the mornings when this... is on my bed and won't move! You can't make your bed in the morning... it's nearly impossible! :) Thanks Moose!

He is really there...

This is gonna be long. Lets see... 1st semester of school is over. So glad that it is but, so not ready for this next semester. I hate getting new teachers when you're just getting used to the ones that you have. I'm not ready for it at all. 

Another thing grandpa Holliday is back in the hospital. He went in with some chest pains. And now has been in for a couple of weeks. It's been really hard. I hate how that we can't just drive and go and see him every day like we could when grandpa Madsen was sick. I love my grandpa's. It's hard to be here in Utah and have a close family member living in Mississippi dying. It's tough. But I know that we all can over come this. Heavenly Father doesn't give us anything that we can't over come. I know that if we pray to him he will always be there not matter what time or when we do pray to him. He is always with us, he knows what we're going through and he can help us. I know what that the power of prayer is strong. I have felt it some many times with so many things. I know this gospel is true.

Happy New Year's?!

New's Year's day. Woke up, got ready, went shopping, and then bowling!! After bowling with family, went over to Pier 49 (:  It was good! Than went over to my aunts house for a while. Watched the world record snowmobile and dirt bike jump. That was just awesome to watch! Hung out with Katelyn all night. But, we came home early. I've never stayed up past midnight. So this year I did. What did I do?! I watched tv and than... went to sleep! Pretty dumb right?!
